There are many in-home upgrades available to help with the challenges and changes that come with aging.  Safety grab bars can be installed, there are tub inserts that make taking a bath easier, ramps can be added for walkers and wheelchairs, stair climbers can be installed, door handles and sinks can be lowered – and the list goes on and on.  Before assuming your home is not adaptable, talk to us.

Seasonal Up-Keep

Need your grass cut?  Snow shoveled?  Help with garden clean up and planting?  We have resources for all these things!

In-Home Medical Equipment

There is a great deal of medical equipment that can be rented or adapted for in-home use.  Hospital beds, wheelchairs, and IV poles are just a few examples.  Let us help you get what you need to be comfortable in your own home.

Emergency Home Repair

Plugged toilet?  Cupboard door pulled off?  Broken window?  If you need emergency home repairs we have people available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week to come and help.  And if it is a leaky tap, burnt out bulb or something not quite so serious, we have people who can help with that too.

Home Inspection

We have experienced Registered Home Inspectors who can thoroughly check out any new home you wish to buy or they can make recommendations for repairs if you are getting your current home ready to sell. A home inspector can also perform a safety check and assess if changes are required when physical health starts to decline.

In-Home Care

More and more services are available for in-home care every day.  Homemakers, personal support workers, caregiver relief services, house cleaners, nursing care, physiotherapists, occupational therapists, personal trainers, and even hairdressers will come to your home to help make life easier for you.

There are real estate agents all over the place, but we have real estate agents who have specialized training to assist seniors in meeting their real estate needs.  They can help with getting a home ready to sell, selling it and / or finding a new home to buy – all with an understanding of what YOU need.

Downsizing / Home Staging

If you are considering moving or even just de-cluttering, we have experienced downsizing specialists who can help make this daunting task much easier to deal with.  Our downsizers are experienced in working with seniors and are sensitive to the particular needs associated with sorting through a lifetime of treasures.  And if you are ready to sell but need someone to help with staging your home, our crew can help with that as well.

Moving

We have movers who will help pack up all your precious possessions, loading them up, storing them if necessary, and unloading them at your new location – all with the utmost care!  We can make moving a little bit less stressful.
