In 1999, Stephanie’s first husband was diagnosed with dementia at age 50. While working full-time in a demanding corporate position, she was faced with many personal challenges in dealing with the on-going demands of being a caregiver. Stephanie and Joe together over the last 9 years have seen many friends and family members face critical illness and death, and have watched people struggling to cope while being completely unprepared. It was from these experiences that the idea for Senior Saviour Solutions was born. When we started to talk about it, it was received with so much excitement that it became a reality in July, 2015.
